NORTH INDIAN PUNJABI THALI Mint Chutney Lime Pickle Mango Chutney Carrot, Cucumber&Beetroot Salad Pickled Shallots Lemon Wedge Red Onion Raitha Chicken Tikka Masala Amritsari Fish Korma Punjabi Palak Paneer Jeera Potatoes Carrot Halwa Vegetable Samosa Tandoori Chicken Drumstick Lamb Sheekh Kebab Onion Pakora Saffron Pilau Rice Panchratan (Five Flour) Chappati Black Pepper Poppadum Masala Lassi Mango Juice Drinking Water The intention is to create a perfect PUNJABI THALI, which is not over portioned or super sized that you can't eat all the dishes. Also, to create a thali, which is colourful, well presented, nutritious, less oily, less messy and all the dishes (including rice, roti and papad) are presented in the thali plate itself. Excluding Pickle and Papad, I made all the dishes.
