Description Well all you do is get your text set up go down to the bottom where your layers are click the little button that says "fx" then click glowing text. lunapic. upload photo. change brightness and then goto add animation fram. thennn you change the speed to .10 or however fast or slow you want it to blink e___e; then you click "brows" select the same picture you first uploaded then BAM your done.
